I am going to declare temporary insanity for my last blog. Thought maybe I should post something normal, pretty, with no disgusting complaints or whining. I definitely should not post when I am in a morose mood.
Linda gave me a poinsettia the other day and I was noticing today how beautiful it is. I think I will go and buy a bunch more and surround the tree.

Lori, You can get through this. And I do think you have been particularly faithful, because wasn't it a stake president or something (I should reread your entry) that suggested it might be a tick bite causing some of your problems? He was given inspiration to help you, and it sounds like your friends are there for the same reason - because you are loved by Heavenly Father, and when life just has to happen, other people are his hands on earth to ease the pain.
God doesn't heal just because he can, or just because someone deserves it. Or else why is Jessie the way she is? Surely she will be heads and shoulders above me in heaven, because she had to come down to the body she came to. You are loved and have so many unique talents - maybe your heart would be less insightful if your body was fully healthy, because your empathy would not have had a chance to develop to the point that it has.
