Taking Photos ...

Now I thought that this was going to be much harder than it actually was:

I always thought that to get a photo where one color was present and the rest is black and white took painstaking work in Photoshop or another photo editor. Figured out last night that my camera can be set up to take the photo.

And this was my point and shoot camera, not my SLR - a much simpler camera. Will have to see if my SLR will do it also ...

Very cool! I've always wanted to learn more about my camera but I've never taken the time. I guess I really should read that pesky instruction manual.

It is called 'Color Accenting' in general and on my camera is option 'Color Accent'. You select that mode then hit the display button and point at the color you want to display and then hit a button and it selects that color and leaves everything else black and white. Way Cool.
