Okay, I'll bite - what is chocolate melting cake? It does sound good.
Chocolate melting cake just became my favorite food, and I've never even had it!
It's served on the cruise I was on. Bonne told me it has another name, but I can't remember it. It is a single serving of chocolate cake baked in in a porcelain ramekin - the top is cake like but when you dip your spoon in it - you have a gooey, chocolate, hot fudge like substance - thus why you eat it with ice cream.
I just googled it and it says it is Molten Chocolate Cake and the recipe is supplied:

I love your pictures!! I want to go on a trip and just visit castles. I have such a fascination with them and I love the photo Of the Neuschwanstein Castle you posted, amazing! I have to agree with Liz on the chocolate melting cake.. it's now my new favorite, too, sounds heavenly, or would that be sinful?
Shel-
Carnival must serve that dessert on every cruise! I had it every night. It is so good!
I love how you one upped my tag with your pretty pictures! Of course, you have visited some much more exciting places than I have! And you take beautiful pictures.
I didn't mean to one up your tag! I just have the photos and think a picture makes a blog more interesting - so put them in. Sorry!
I have had chocolate melting cake almost every night on 2 separate eight day cruises!
Lori, you think "photographically". It never even occurred to me to use photographs - even though I have them for most of the place I listed! I liked your photos - they added a lot. So no need to be sorry!
