I don't think you made any enemies. I think the Texas thing was just meant in fun. I know a lot of people who live in Texas who think all the fanatic Texas lovers are crazy! Many times I think they are crazy also! I was just amazed at the resources - natural and manmade - we have in this state.
And as far as the politics, we can all disagree and still be friends. Heck, my sister is a liberal, and we're still great friends. Time will tell if the right choice was made this time. For the sake of our country, I hope Obama is a successful president.

No, I wrote a comment on Carols blog that started a wee bit of an uprising. But being Gary, my saner half is gone, I have been writing a post that I am sure will piss someone off. I am just stupid enough today to post it!
